Our operating model is based on a tried and tested methodology that has been developed over 25 years providing IT support services to Multi Academy Trusts and schools. It benefits different users in Trusts and schools in the following ways:

A Trust or school ICT Working Group builds a close working relationship with our technical, commercial and service leads and are supported by Computeam’s wider resources. The extensive technical team offers guidance and support on a range of issues, while our operations and finance teams provide clarity on spending plans and the delivery of projects.

Teachers will have confidence in a fast reactive managed service that resolves their issues quickly and effectively, while regular visits from our named proactive technicians will build confidence and help them to develop their own skills. Our strategic planning and transformation & training services enhance their ways of working , through innovative tools such as our very own training platform Learning Locker , combined with a planned investment in technology.

Pupils at our supported schools spend more time on learning thanks to a common, reliable IT infrastructure backed by our support team. Our innovation service will combine with strategic planning to introduce existing new learning tools such as Reading Progress and Speaker Coach which will support accessibility as well creating opportunities to personalise the learning experience for every child.

Trust Leadership have confidence that good levels of cyber security and compliance with GDPR are in place and will have access to tools and equipment that allow them to collaborate easily and share expertise across schools. Our solutions drive cost savings and support the journey towards Net Zero targets by completing the transition to a cloud-based infrastructure delivering confidence in a great ICT experience in  schools across MATS and will provide an incentive for new schools to join the Trust in future should that be a stated objective.
